“The service level was poor, below our expectation. Hotel staff not communicative to the extent of preparing unconfirmed breakfast. We found this a bit strange for a guest lodge.”

Tivemos o desprazer de passar 2 noites sem dormir com os nossos filhos: ar condicionado nao funcionava, num calor insuportavel, tivemos que suplicar por dois ventiladores, ao proprietario, um chato,mas nao adiantou nada. Localizacao sinistra, sem a minima segurança, tudo detonado,meia boca....um absurdo essa coisa se encontrar anunciado no expedia. Quero meu dinheiro de volta.”

“Wish u could have full length mirror in the family room we occupied, a small cabinet in the bathroom will also be ideal. A small dustin in the bathroom also neede. Inasmuch as its a family room, a little demarcation of the 'rooms' will do. 1 bathroom for 4 people isnt ayoba. There was no toilet paper the following cos were supplied with only 1 roll. The aircon is very weak. A few wine glasses will also assist. Breakfast: ready made eggs turn green after a while, besides why prepare them...
