“Bathroom needs more work, in particular shower space. It is not clean. Overall, all workers in cleaning, kitchen, restaurants need continuous training in personal hygiene, cleanliness on weekly basis. This is a general problem in India. Workers are influenced by their own living situation, space, cleanliness. Take this suggestion as you will but cleanliness need to improve. ”

“Marriott suits Pune we like this hotel because of large rooms with equip kitchen and very clean and nice property. Staff is very nice starting from reception desk till room service. Food is very nice and lots of choices. Staff in dining hall are very helpful specially Shreya , Esther , Aadesh. And food prepared by Chef Divan is very nice. Service is very very good.”
