“Room was very clean. Was able to go in before check in time. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast included. This is my 3rd stay in Hampton suites in different areas . Always pleased!”

“This was the worse experience Ive ever had, broken fridge, microwave, cable tv with no signal, and a unwilling staff…every time i went to office hoping for a resolution i was told “ sorry for the inconvenience” at thats it. So I had to waste our 150$ in takeout…couldn't warm it or refrigerate it…the TV only broadcasted 3 shopping channels and no signal for everything else. This place should not be open for business…do not reserve this place!!!!!”

“The room was absolutely disgusting, no tv remote, phone was broken, when i asked Receptionist fir a tv remote she was to busy on her phone to even notice me then i asked the house cleaners if they had a tv remote no one spoke English? Then one guy that cleans yells at me what room are you in so i said it's ok it didn't matter so he yells again and i replied its fine i dont want a tv remote as i didn't like his attitude and as i stroed into the elevator he says fuch of then?...

“Beds were very comfortable. Had a nice hot shower. Just stayed one night to sleep as we were passing through and it was perfect. Thank you!”

“The property is pretty landlocked, all the delivery options take over 30 minutes to arrive and public transport is the cheapest way to get into the city without a car. My room had a during cockroach in it when i first entered, its a very very good stay for the price but staying again wouldn’t be my first option”

“The first room that we had which was 411 was not properly clean because unclean counter top and pet hair window cushion by the window. Then we were transferred to room 417 and it was clean on the outside, hehowever when we opened up the cabinet, there was still empty carton of beer under the sink area. Along with a heavy smell of marijuana that fill the whole room. It just lets me know that the housekeepers did not clean in either rooms do thier job. there was no desginated place for smokers....

“We didn't go to the bar but from the front desk it looked nice,clean and everything well organized. My room was super clean and the bed was very cozy and comfortable. The amenities in the room were perfect and well thought.”
