“It was verry dificult to park the car when you not have a frontdesk and no were to put the car when you fix the practical things. I don´t like hotels without peopele to talk to also when you have other language in the bottom and not understanding everything. it´s was also verry difficult to understand which elevator system to use for parking and guest floor.”

“They had missed cleaning the room enough, after someone had probably puked. I showed a photo at the reception, and they only said ”sorry about that”, and there were no compensation whatsoever. They also called us to say that we had unpaid bills, just so we ”knew”, before checking out. It was 8 USD, they had not been able to charge. I called Amex to check, and they could see that they had tried, but it was not Amex who denied using the card, but Hyatts terminal according to Amex. Really...

“Once I arrived I was supposed to get a complimentary wine that was offered for my birthday at check in, had to call down twice to see where the wine was. Everything is ridiculously overpriced. A chicken sandwich is $21, no sides or drink. A small snicker bar was $8. You’re better off getting your own food and snacks from outside of the hotel. Also, dealt with a very rude employee that hung up in my face and when I explained the situation to a manager named Ava, she didn’t show much concern....

“Would not stay again. The windows and walls must be thin. There are lots of bars around this property but the music vibrates the whole hotel. Don’t expect to get any rest here. Starts at 9 stops about 230 but then police cars everywhere with sirens on trying to get people to disburse . Completely insane that those places are ruining this great hotel.”
