“The hotel was very well kept and great for couples. Staff were helpful overall. There is no staff past 11 so if you have any issues I was not given a number to call (thankfully there was no issues). The valet didn’t really help with our bags as much as I hoped. Typical valet will help handle all bags to be delivered to your room, or something but that wasn’t the case. There is a large flight of stairs and no elevator so that contributed to the bag issue and not having a cart to wheel anything...

“The place was large with the bedrooms on opposite sides. We didn't cook but the option was there. We did take advantage of the silverware and plates though. A little worn around the edges but still cute and comfortable. Perfect location to the Metro and it is very walkable to nice restaurants and a grocery store. I would rent it again!”

“My boyfriend and I traveled from NY to Montreal for our anniversary. We stayed for 4 days & 3 nights at Pierce Boutique Apartment Hotel & overall our stay was fairly comfortable. The room was spacious & we appreciated the two complimentary water bottles that were available. We did have a few issues during our stay.
