“This property is wonderful for a weeks break. We were out of the major towns like Fira and easy access to the beaches on the South side of the Island. Breakfast was delicious, served every morning in the villa at the time of your choice. Evelyn was a wonderful host. She was always there to answer questions and was always willing to book us the best activities and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property for. Small family of 4. “The property was beautiful … really a lovely cool, calm space that was perfect in almost every way … the only thing worth noting is that although a two bed villa … there aren’t any doors so there’s no privacy. Even the bathroom has a open window into the space (you can’t see directly in as there’s an enormous light shade blocking the view in ( it goes into the shower space) but again, it just compromises any kind of privacy you might want/require! BUT it was perfect in ever other way ”

“We had a great stay at Black Rock Villas. They were quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. The hot tub was a nice perk and we used it a little, it wasn’t hot but wasn’t cold. About 7-10 minute walk to the bus station in Karterados and not too far from Fira either. A little added bonus what’s that Sofia arranged a traditional breakfast from where she is from, it was very thoughtful and yummy.”

“When you see souvenirs with the 3 blue domes motif, there’s usually a little gate in the picture … this is the gate to THIS property. What a dream! There will be tourists outside vying for the perfect picture at every hour of the day (I’m not exaggerating) but they are mostly kept away by a chain that indicates private property a short distance away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location, great property, wonderful hosts.”
