“Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à 7 dans une maison bien équipée et située dans un endroit très calme et propice à la détente. Malheureusement la plage accessible à pied depuis la maison n’est pas nettoyée en cette période de l’année ce qui oblige à prendre les voitures pour accéder à celle du village voisin.”

“Beautiful accommodations with a shared swimming pool. Sweet and comfortable place with a million dollar view. Quick trip to town, beaches, and restaurants. Highly recommend.”

“Nice but simple house with front garden and direct view/access to the sea, rocky beach. Perfect to have airco in bedrooms (two weeks 36 Celsius in daytime). Whole house has mosquito screens and Spyros took good measures against insects. Bathroom to small but we managed. Be aware that the house is in Schinos, and there is a mountain to overcome to reach Loutraki town (45minutes drive) nice area with some nice restaurants, supermarket a few minutes away and…hardly any non-Greek tourists”

“We were a group of 14 people - 4 kids, 8 adults, visiting the villa for a week in September. It's a very quiet, huge place, well maintained and furnished with a lot of style. The open space is great, the kids were playing around for hours. Plus sides: plenty of space in the house, all the equipment you need for your stay (cooking, washing, bbq, etc.). The pool is fantastic, the view is breathtaking. The village itself (Theologos, 5 mins drive) has wonderful restaurants, a big market, fish...
