“It's the people (for me) that make a place. Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience. We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect. “the property looked clean and the bed was comfortable. however the lack of internet connection through the wi-fi was a great inconvenience. there was no national tv service except using one's won netflex log-in. I guess this is because there is no tv licence covering the premises. there was a good 30 min walk to the town centre, no 10 min as stated. overall the property was comfortable but inconvenient in the above mentioned. ”
