“Room size was generous while cooling air conditioning kept temperatures pleasant during our entire stay. Check-ins were efficient too so arrivals matched up nicely with our plans ahead each day perfectly fine!”

“The property is immaculate and the service very responsive.”

“Host was very responsive, responding within minutes to my messages and checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Great location. Easy access to Yale. Clean comfortable accommodation!”

“Great spot close to everything with a secure entrance to the building. Easy access to the unit Quick responses and good communication from the host. Great unit with lots of amenities! Definitely would stay here again and again!!”

“Great location to visit Yale. Pictures represent the unit well.”

“My wife and I loved this unit. The host was the quickest to respond to questions that we have encountered. My only issue was the parking. There is a 19 charge per day to park in the parking lot. There is limited and restricted street parking. We got lucky because we were there on a weekend night.”

“The place was cooled before I arrived with an air conditioning unit making it a nice welcome. The host was communicative and hospitable. They left more than enough towels, pillows, blankets. I super appreciated how clean everything was and it smelled good which made them comfortable to use and sleep in the bed.”

“Enjoyed watching several travelers walking to Branford Center Historic District just a few minutes away from the motel.”

“On both nights of our stay we dealt with loud noises from the apartment above going past 1:30 AM. This was unsettling and prevented us from getting a good night’s sleep. While the pictures online are accurate as regards the interior – it was clean and updated - they don’t illustrate the unfortunate exterior environment. The “off street parking” is a communal dirt area behind two houses with potholes and a very narrow driveway connecting it to the road. If you have a minivan or a larger car, you...

“Our visit was short, , but it was enjoyable while we were there. The host thought of everything as far as toiletries and really went out of their way to make sure that we had the basics of what we needed, which was a nice refreshing change from most rentals. The beds were very comfortable and loved the big bathtub.!!”

“The “gym” did not have the weights that were shown in the picture. There are some general repairs that need done on the property such as patching and painting.”

“Property was located in a good neighborhood. It felt safe. The owner was very nice. The apartment was clean and decorated okay, but Kitchen cabinets were old and bottom cabinets looked like they needed more cleaning. The closet door was hanging off the kitchen closet. Bathroom and living room were clean but tub caulking was old and needed to be recaulked. Bathroom vents showed age and rust. The parking was fine but ground not paved. The blinds in the hallway were old and some part missing-...

“Great location, easy process. Light on kitchen items. WiFi could be stronger. Will use again.”

“Would tell anyone passing through to stop here if they want quick check-in and restful sleep quality. Parking is easy to find close by, so no hassle with unloading bags.”

“Very comfortable stay!”

“Should be more specific about the option to park on the property. I had to park a long ways away and only afterwards once I got into the apartment I saw the pass that I could’ve parked on the premises.”

“The home was super clean, easily accessible, beautiful area and Robby was amazing and was available and helpful every step of the way! I would definitely stay there again! The home has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay! Highly recommend!!”

“Nice and clean!”

“Property owner takes great care of the place. Instructions were easy to follow and the location was right down the road from the places we were going to. We would rent again if we ever come back to New Haven”

“For a quick overnight stop, I liked having a walk-in shower along with parking just outside.”
