“During our first night we couldn’t get normal television going in order to watch the playoff hockey game. Staff wasn’t able to help. When we got back on our second night there was no parking when we returned to the hotel at 11pm, and staff had us park in a no parking zone as the only alternative for the night. Fortunate our new car wasn’t hit and we didn’t have a ticket…”

“The place was overall great. Very clean, quiet, bed was comfortable enough, and AC worked well. However they do not provide designated hand soap, just conditioner, shampoo, body gel, lotion and towels. The AC only goes down to 20C, so it might struggle in the summer to make the room comfortable. As well some airvents blow directly at the head of the bed, making it very drying. There is NO ICE MACHINE or fridge at all. I think this property could really benefit by providing ice for guests.”

“There was a stench after the bathroom was cleaned. Expected a bathtub in the ‘king bedroom’ there was none. Water leaked from the shower into the bathroom because there’s no demarcation for the shower area.”

“Enfuyez-vous ! Première fois que je vois dans ma vie une chambre comme ça et je vous jure je se suis pas compliqué pour rester à une place! Frigo sale, chambre avec un odeur insupportable, draps avec des trous, toilette et douches SALES (des traces anciennes d'un diarrhée sur le couvre toilet), mures et plancher en extremment mauvais état: humidité, peinture arrachée à certains places... je n'ai pas pu rester, j'ai quitté tout suit même en perdant mon argent et j'ai cherché ailleurs.”
