“The 24-hour front desk service is really helpful for international travelers who may not be able to receive text messages with login details. The apartments are small studios. They provide an extension cord, which it is good because the plugs are mostly behind furniture. There is a lot of noise from the trams on King St. They provide earplugs. If you're missing something, check the drawers.”

“There was a stench after the bathroom was cleaned. Expected a bathtub in the ‘king bedroom’ there was none. Water leaked from the shower into the bathroom because there’s no demarcation for the shower area.”
