Hotell nära Thomsons Lake Nature Reserve

"I had a great experience with the staff there. After initially getting a room which did not match the room description on hotels.com, the staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs and they upgraded me to a bigger cabin which had what I needed and more. They even had to upgrade/change rooms for at least three other people in order to move me into another cabin because they were fully booked. The initial error seems to be on the end of hotels.com and not Discovery Parks, so I'm grateful that they resolved the issue for me despite this - and without extra costs. Thank you! Furthermore, the place is located right at the beach! Cleaning could have been a bit better, especially the floors, but otherwise I had a great stay and recommend this place for an affordable stay at the beach."
