Lägenhetshotell i Thonon-les-Bains

“Unfortunately, our experience with City Pop got off to a very poor start. The check-in process was a nightmare. I called the contact number twice and, after speaking to someone and then being disconnected, I never received a call back. We had been given an access code, but we still could not get into the property. If it had not been for the cleaners who happened to be there and helped us, the whole process would have been even more frustrating. Once we finally got inside, the room itself was...

“This property was exactly as listed and communication was wonderful. Like many places in Europe, there is no AC so our 3rd floor studio was hot during the recent heatwave. We kept things closed up during the day and then opened windows at night. Many attractions (Lake Geneva (flower clock and jet d'eau), The Museum of Ethnography, shops of all...

“Pros: the room was very clean Cons: there is no air conditioning and air circulation at all and even with the window wide open and a fan going all night at the beginning of October, the room was sweltering. Restaurant : took forever, food was raw and had to be sent back, they rebooked and apologized profusely and gave us a reduction on our bill.”

“Trevlig incheckning. Trevligt belägen i liten fransk småstad”
