“Good house”

“Clean. Small space but still nice.”

“The location is great but it needs a deep clean. The comforters need washed and it appeared sheets in one bedroom had not been washed. Mattress in the one bedroom needs replaced. Towels and face clothes provided but no hand towels so we went and purchased these. Kitchen drawers need cleaned and some dishes were not clean. Communication was wonderful.”

“Clean, well stocked with water bottles in the fridge, kitchen spices, tea, coffee, filters, and kitchen utensils, pots and pans, paper towels. Four bedrooms upstairs, two of them ensuite and a third full bathroom. Two bedrooms in the basement with a full bathroom. One powder room main floor. Barbecue works well. Showers stocked with shampoo and conditioner and towels for all. Great stay for my group of 9. Thank you!”

“I think my disappointment in my stay at the place was expressed throughout. It was met with little customer service or care of my concerns. The facility listed amenities clearly but lacked in basic things with what was listed. It states there are towels but you have no wash clothes, you talk about a fully complete kitchen but provide no hot pads, sharp knives, coffee pot but only offer k-cups when you don’t have a kerug to use those cups, etc. It show in pictures a gorgeous welcome basket with...

“Mostly as expected stay, except for three things I expected to see in a property so recently built: 1-No electric garage door opener 2- No dishwasher 3- No garbage disposal. Not dealbreakers, but it may impact others. Especially when so many similar properties in the area do have these amenities. Quiet area, but it is in a brand-new neighborhood that still has vacant lots under construction. Finally, the refrigerator was pretty dirty, and parts of it were blocked off from our use, along with...
