âMy second time at the H & F. What a wonderful place to stay. Lovely tasteful rooms, superb food, incredible staff and most important of all an excellent choice of locally brewed well kept ales. â
âPerfect find fir a few nights away with the bonus of parking in Keswick!!
Hotel was beautiful and certainly above the âstarsâ given.
Bedrooms were massive and tastefully decorated. Breakfasts were amazing and plenty of it.
Some decor dated bit the staff certainly made up for any of that. .. Kind, professional, knowledgable, engaging abd with a sense of humour. âŠ. Certainly a credit to Hotel.
Hotel has recently been modernised bit nit lost its Victorian charm.

âGreat hotel with the sweetest staff! They assisted with everything and was so nice! Great hotel for dogs as well. The trays outside of the rooms for muddy boots was the cherry on top! Like most old buildings in th UK it gets a bit damp but the room was nice and clean â

All clean very spacious rooms , beautiful views. Breakfast was delicious. Very dog friendly

âBooked just one night as a last minute getaway. Stayed in the Penthouse which has a large blacony with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom great. The beams are low at the edges of the room but we are both tall and managed to avoid them :) I would highly recommend this place and will be staying here again in the future.â
âWe had a very enjoyable 3 night stay at the Crown Inn. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was on the small side but it was well equipped and very clean, with a comfy bed too. The ensuite was perfect. We ate ate the Inn and all our meals were good and tasty, especially the breakfast with a good range of options. â
