“Convenient location in regards to travel. Beds were hard, shower that poured water onto the outside of the shower area, no vent in bathroom which made it terribly humid after a shower (not good for doing your hair) pool was freezing cold (pool manager claimed it was 84 degrees, not even close).”

“My stay had several issues. I found ants on and under the desk, and although I reported it, nothing was done. The TV did not work properly—no channels and the remote only powered it on/off. The curtains were also damaged. At the pool, there were no towels available. The front desk associate, who appeared to be the only employee on duty on a busy Saturday night, did his best and remained professional, but it took about 35 minutes to address the situation. Unfortunately, guests had to return to...

“Nice comfy bed. Good that they have a fridge and a stove and microvave, allthough you have to pay to get the essentials like plates, forks, fryingpans and so on... Most of the staff were vey nice! There was one lady in the reception that had kind of like an attitude, maybe she was on her period? Otherwise walking disstance from the univeristy of Michigan wich was the most important thing to me!”

“Staff was great, for the price point it met all expectations and rooms are clean , only thing is the ac unit was very dirty, but the staff made the stay worthwhile on how polite they were , remember for the price point its not a 5 star, the location is good too”

“Apart from the help given by Sheree this was an appalling place to stay. Despite messaging the hotel twice, their 24 hour airport shuttle did not appear due to someone not turning up and it cost $40 just to get to the hotel. The person behind the desk was not interested and the room we were given was filthy with chewing gum on the floor and a sofa chair that looked like it had been attacked by rats. The next room was a little better but not by much. It is generous to say a continental breakfast...

“The hotel is easy to find and holds good quality. Cleaning very good of the room and comfortable bed even if I dont really appreciate that the blanket just has a sheet over and not is really "tucked in/covered". Parking is free but was difficult to find when it was a wedding/event at the hotel during the w-e. Took a package with breakfast included, do not recommend that, below average regarding service and quality of breakfast and in the end was charged for breakfast and took long time to sort...
