“This hotel might be the “best” in Nebraska City but ughhh it makes me sick the price I paid for this stay. The elevator was broken, there was a shattered window, the beds were hard and the water pressure was non existent. The one thing I will say is the staff were kind and helpful when our tv broke and the breakfast was hot.”

“Friendly but definitely needs updates. It was under new management and met the manager bob and he was really sincere and willing to accommodate. ”

“The hot tub was lined with rust which gave the clean water a brown hue. The indoor pool looked even worse. Thank goodness we were on the first floor. 3 stories and no elevator.”

“I absolutely loved the unit. It was exactly as described and SO much more. This unit was very thoughtfully equipped and everything seemed brand new. I was so taken by the history of the original 1887 house and the work they have done to restore it. The old Carriage house was also restored and now serves as a garage with the rental unit above it. I love history and felt fully immersed by this property, the trees, the roads, and the City in general. All amazing! I had friends visit me while...

“We booked a king suite and were told when we arrived that they overbooked and would 2 queens be ok. Well, not really, but what choice did we have? We stayed 4 nights and were given one set of towels each. Then we were told that if we wanted any clean towels we would have to wash them ourselves or ask for more, but our room was never serviced while we were there. The disposal was broken and leaked water all over the floor so we could not use the kitchen sink or wash dishes. The full sized...

“Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated.”
