“We had to change hotels last second for an out of town baseball tournament due to weather when our games were moved to Grove. The staff at BW Timberridge were very helpful, we found the hotel clean and comfortable, close to everything we needed, and the pool was nice. We didn't try the breakfast as we were on the run, but the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you!”

“Clerk was friendly but given no information about the property. Discovered only one restaurant is open Monday through Wednesday! Not even the pizza restaurant was open. Only breakfast was a Starbucks with food they microwaved. Pool bar was open and friendly staff. Inside bar closed at 9 pm. Had a nice dinner at The Summit on Thursday night. Room was noisy. “The lady that checked me in was great and very helpful. The house was big and held everyone that came for our family Thanksgiving. They had plenty of utensils and baking sheets for our needs. The kitchen was great and held most of everyone. Multiple bathrooms was great. The front room was big and cold. “The host and his team were very attentive to all the details with a snack basket, water, ice and when we had a problem with the dishwasher it was replaced immediately. The place was perfect for our family getaway lots of room to roam and be together.Thank you so much for your hospitality and keeping close tabs on how everything was working and how we were doing.
