Though there is no open-air balcony or exterior terrace, guests can enjoy partial sea views from the enclosed glass "gallery terrace," offering a serene spot to unwind while gazing toward the horizon. The beach at Playa Chica is just a few minutes’ walk away, and you'll find restaurants, shops, and entertainment within easy reach — perfect for both tranquil getaways and lively holidays.

Additional Guest Policy: The listed nightly rate covers up to 2 guests. If you're traveling with more than 2 people, guests aged 3 and over will be charged an additional nightly fee, which must be included in your booking.

The Fariones Sports Centre just 20 metres from the accommodation offers a day pass where you have a gym, swimming pool, tennis, and other fitness facilities, is located just 15 metres from the apartment — ideal for guests who enjoy staying active during their holiday. Consult them for prices.

Please note that parking in the area is public but can be somewhat difficult, especially in peak hours. For convenience, we recommend renting a car only for day trips or excursions, to avoid parking challenges near the property.

Air Conditioning
The apartment includes air conditioning in the living and dining area, available through a coin meter. You can top it up at your convenience to enjoy warm or cool air as needed.

The apartment is delivered clean and ready for your stay with:
