Perfect in all aspects

Fantastic property. Ideal location no steep hills at the eastern end of the mail strip Convenient for super market bars restaurants yet very quiet. Best of 4 rental villas in seclude⁹d pedestrian street Great pool and terrace area very private Pool maintenance top notch twice week. Well equipped kitchen fast internet Propery needs no improvements. Best accommodation we ever rented.

Lovely holiday

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa San Valentin, the location was perfect, very close to everything. The villa however wasn’t as clean as I would have expected eg floors not washed, upstairs shower not cleaned and kitchen worktops not cleaned.

Perfect villa for a quiet stay

Excellent communication with Eva before and during our stay which made our trip as stress free as possible. The Villa is perfectly positioned off a pretty walkway with sea views. A few minutes walk takes you to the sea front where there is a section of shops, restaurants and a spar. A 10 minute bus ride will take you to the centre of Puerto Del Carman. The villa is spacious and with two bathrooms, very convenient. A well equipped kitchen with much more than you’d expect from a self catering accommodation. The pool and pool area is perfect too, having been fairly recently upgraded. The solar heating was enough to maintain a comfortable temperature, even for me! Cleaning was midway though our stay and we had two visits from the pool maintenance man. Our welcome pack was also very thoughtful and much appreciated.

Would stay again

The villa is a good location from the main strip, we arrived very late and Eva (property manager) was great and in contact the whole time. We asked for more towel which she delivered the very next morning. The upside living is strange to start with but the balcony upstairs is lovely to have breakfast and lunch out of the sun with great views over the sea. The pool area is lovely, very comfortable loungers, salt water pool was clean. Would not hesitate to book again.

Great break

Villa was perfectly located near bars, restaurants and the beach. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and our children loved the heated pool. We were met on check in and given a tour of the villa and facilities and communication from Paula in advance was excellent, providing us with all the info we needed. Highly recommended for a peaceful, relaxing break in the sun no.

great location, great salt pool,relaxation guaranteed

we picked the villa first for its location and then for the looks and pool having travelled to PDC for some years now we wanted a villa in a quiet area but walkable to all the restaurants and beach this fills the brief as its only 5 mins slow walk to all of it and yet very quiet the heated salt water-pool is great and very relaxing after a hard days walking/eating/shopping/e bike-ing (we had a heat wave in the first week 36deg c ) so used the pool as a chill out ,so much so i nearly fell asleep in it 3 times ! outside there's an outside fridge /shower/ 4 seater table and dining area /Barbie (we didn't do any cooking at the villa as you are spoilt for choice with all the nearby restaurants ) the Ali-metal furniture is all great and robust , i love the loungers elegant style and the parasols which are easily moved and are high quality (going to buy some for my house ) The villa is a small home from home ,with comfy sofa/chairs and great TV selection (internet can be a bit hit n miss /buffery ) dvd player downstairs / or use a tablet to cast etc ex pats Linda/Richard from the management team are always on hand to help answer any questions and sort any issues you may have check out the exact location on what 3 words web site w3w.com enter ///juices.bashful.plug would i change a few minor things yes but would we stay again or recommend (already have) 100% yes

Perfect villa!

Villa was lovely, had everything we needed, clean and fresh linen, towels, water, tea, coffee, milk in our welcome pack on arrival. Paula answered all queries, great or small, always available and was very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely book again!

Parfait

Nous avons passé deux magnifiques semaines dans cette villa qui est très bien située. Elle est au calme tout en étant à 5 minutes de la plage et de la promenade avec les restaurants. C'est agréable de ne pas avoir à prendre les linges de piscine qui sont fournis directement à la villa. Merci à Richard d'être intervenu aussi rapidement lorsqu'on l'a appelé pour venir nous aider avec le gaz et la poignée de porte. En quelques minutes, il était là et tout était réglé. C'est très appréciable. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir dans cette villa une prochaine année.

Home from home

Fantastic stay at this delightful villa. Spotlessly clean. Very easy to obtain key. Local support on hand if needed. Superb location. Quiet but very close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Own pool and Sun balcony was the highlight for us.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Privatpool

Schönes Haus mit privatem Pool, ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg von allen wichtigen Dingen: Strandpromenade, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Restaurants. Alle wichtigen Utensilien (Handtücher, Liegen, Kücheneinrichtung usw. ) sind vorhanden. Das Haus liegt trotz seiner zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Info: der Mietpreis ist auf der Homepage in Euro ausgewiesen, wird aber in englischen Pfund abgerechnet. Auch die Kaution wird in englischen Pfund erstattet. Wir haben dies übersehen, es wirkt sich je nach Kurs erheblich auf den Gesamtpreis aus. Dies könnte transparenter gestaltet werden.

Absolutely Fantastic!

The title says it all; this is an absolutely brilliant property, and the owner is equally brilliant. From the moment we booked it, to the moment we left, we felt like we had been treated and looked after. The interior is immaculate and looks like it has been recently refreshed - there is a seating area downstairs and another upstairs, as well as a large sun patio, an outside dining area and an upstairs balcony, complete with retractable awning. The pool is compact, but it's absolute fine for what you want. On holiday it's about cooling off and relaxing rather than swimming the channel and for that it's great. There's a washing machine, WiFi, a brilliant TV system (not that you'll need it), and a kitchen equipped with everything you can think of (even bag clips for your coffee for the filter machine/cafetiere.) The beds are comfy, there are two bathrooms with showers, there's an outside shower for using by the pool. I literally cannot think of anything about this property that doesn't work - even the location is great, it's about 300m from the nearest shop (a Spar, which is reasonably priced) and from there you can stroll up to any one of dozens of really good restaurants - would recommend Pizzeria Napoletano and Toro Bravo in particular, and The Upper Deck in Calero if you make it that far. It's also only 15 minutes from the airport which helps greatly, and the planes don't fly overhead so you aren't bothered by them. Awesome holiday. Already trying to work out when we can get back.

Great holiday, would definitely book again

We had a great week at Villa San Valentin. The location is very convenient for shops and restaurants and the villa is very comfortable and nicer than appears in the photos as the lounge has been refurbished with a leather suite. The weather was perfect so we took full advantage of the pool and sunbeds. Having satellite TV was a bonus and we enjoyed a couple of the latest films (thank you Richard for helping us out when we got stuck!). Would love to go back.

Great location

Perfect location! The villa could do with a bit of updating though such as sun beds are a bit grotty and the pool needs to be drained and properly cleaned. Other than that it has everything you need and I would stay there again. We had no issues whatsoever.

The perfect break

First time to Lanzarote, first time abroad with our little person - perfect weather and perfect villa for both! We had an early flight, and had intended to ask if we could drop of our bags and then get out the way until check in time. However the management had clocked our early flight and had the villa ready for us on arrival, which was brilliant as out little needed her nap after a hectic flight! The villa itself is stop on, everywhere was spotless and the kitchen kitted out with everything you could need. The pool was great and we certainly made the most of it in between trips out and about each day. The location is exactly where you want to be, a short walk to the beach/shops/restaurants but far enough away to be lovely and quiet. If you're looking for a villa with a pool and everything you need for a lovely break, look no further!

Great location and facilities

We go to Lanzarote a lot and have stayed in many different villas. This villa ticked all our boxes and was well presented and had everything we could ask for. The pool was heated to a lovely temperature and we used it daily, the location is not far from all the restaurants and bars but based in a lovely quiet location. Will definitely be back.

Great stay lovely villa

Came here for a birthday, had a lovely stay, beautiful villa, nice and modern with a great heated pool which we really made the most of, nice quiet location yet only five minute walk to Main Street with all the restaurants and bars and beach. Villa has sky tv with over 300 channels and all the latest movies which came in handy on the day it rained. I really recommend staying here, we had a great time and will definitely be returning .
