“Lets start with pros. Host was phenomenal, price was fairish. Location is in the center of Folsom and within walking distance of the park. Cast iron tub is cool. They allow large dogs with 75 dollar fee. Cute layout.Cons: Counted five roaches in the first five minutes. Later greeted by termites too.Front blinds are broken. The floor sags underfoot in hall and bathroom(Im 6ft 200lbs). Mold is growing in the bathroom. Bathroom has no vent fan. Would stay there again if there was a vent fan in the...
