“First of all the property was beautiful! It was very clean and spotless. Property manager Gave us complementary snacks and drinks. Balcony was very spacious and gives you a great view of the beach. Property manager had the decency to give us more time to check in and check out, wonderful experience over all! Would definitely recommend.”

Gated security community. Right off Highway 1. Minutes to Rosarito and very close to Puerto Nuevo! 😊Karina was very helpful and accommodating on any questions we needed answered right away! “We had a great time, spent most of the time in the pool. Wish the weather was warmer, unfortunately we scheduled same weekend as Hurricane Hillary.”

“Definitely the best villa in La Paloma. Ocean view was amazing from almost any room in the entire place. The kitchen was well stocked so that made cooking super easy. Wifi and tvs in the rooms with netflix helped with keeping or little ones entertained. Jacuzzi and pool was enjoyed by my mother in law, the kids had fun walking the grounds playing in the playground. The small bbq did the job for both nights of grilling. Small grassy area outside the patio was a nice spot to sit the kids out to...

“Wonderful, large property that was just as advertised. A bit scruffy around the edges, but was very clean and well stocked with everything you'd need. TV can be a bit spotty, and hot water didn't work in one of the showers, but for the price it's hard to beat. Las Gaviotas is a great location with large pool, jacuzzi, food onsite, and easy access to a few nearby bars and restaurants. We'll be back!”

“Property was a bit run down, kitchen cabinets falling apart bedding and curtains old/dingy. Limited cleaning supplies for quick upkeep and poor garbage disposal system. Stair access to beach run down making safety issue. Ocean view amazing, bedrooms in front of house ok but back rooms lack air flow. Overall ok for 1-3 days but I would stay any longer than that.”

“Don't normally stay at vacation rentals type accomodations but really liked the space and the accommodations. Check in was smooth, the building is secured, and it was clean. Location is fine and within walking distance to different things. There's a grocery store 2 blocks away and a convenience store half a block away. Also different restaurants and shops nearby.”
