“The front desk ladies are very helpful and friendly. They addressed all of our questions very well. This unit has beautiful views. The gated community has its private beach. It's safe, clean and comfortable. I also like the onsite mamamia restaurant. We really like getting takeout food and eat in this unit to enjoy the views and comfort. The kitchen has nice Chinas and pots. The owner has grounded coffee, a gallon of drinking water, a bottle of wine, olive oil, and almost everything I need....

“Very privileged location on the beach, very beautiful homes and excellent detailed decorations. Few setbacks on our stay due to city electricity blackouts, AC mini split unit is too small for home, will not cool house, only living room. Can get dog-crowded on high season. Seamed like everyone brought their furry friend. Old rusty broken pool furniture could be updated, otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!”

“I arrived to Rosarito on Friday May 25th & asked if there was any way to get an early check in (2pm) I was told no, I’d have to wait until 4pm. No biggie, I’m aware they need to clean the place. So we arrive at 4pm, checkin with guard went smooth, no complaints there. We get to the home & first thing I notice is how extremely hot and stuffy the home is. I go to turn on all the A/C’s to cool it down. Well, there is only ONE AC unit and it’s in the living room & on the coldest setting it did...

“My family stayed in this house during the New Year and really enjoyed our time. The kitchen, living and dining areas are huge. We also enjoyed turning on the fireplaces in the evening for additional warmth. The host was very generous with the check in and check out times which allowed us to get there a little earlier and it was a life saver!!”
