“The place is very quaint but a bit tight for our group. For example, you could not open the basement door and the back door at the same time. This made unpacking and reloading a challenge. The downstairs "lounge" was somewhat finished with painted walls floor and overhead. Very low ceilings down there as well. My 6'4" husband banged his head more than a few times. Not sure the basement bath and bedroom addition would considered code as there was no egress from the basement. But our stay was...

“Spacious and great for a quick night stay! We had six guests for a night and everyone was comfortable. Everything was clean. The kitchen is small, but served it's purpose for us. It is on the second floor, so guests will need to be able to walk up the wooden stairs around the back of the home.Overall if you need to find a place for a night with a great price, parking, and about a 25 minute drive from downtown, stay here!”

The area has a few other new apartment buildings and appears to be transforming into a trendy neighborhood in a few years. I enjoyed the apartment layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. “Newer remodel of an older home. New appliances, big fridge, plenty of room for our family. AC worked great through 90 degree temps outside. My boys lived the air hockey table in the basement. Large TVs in every bedroom. Nice quiet neighborhood that was close to everything”
