Perfekt hotel i Tirana
Jätte bra hotel. Nära till allt och fin pool. Det enda negativa är att frukosten är för dyr. Allt annat var perfekt. Jag rekommenderar hotellet starkt och jag kommer komma tillbaka.

Hotellet låg i ett jättetrevligt område med nära till allt, även träning utomhus el inomhus. Bra service i receptionen.

Overpriced hotel in desparate need of money
I paid about 150€ per night for my room. But the hotel wants another 26€ for breakfast. In addition, the hotel demands additional 13€ per day to give wifi internet access in the room. This is rediculous, considering that almost all restaurants and cafes in Tirana offer wifi free of charge.

You'r still in Albania
Sheraton Tirane is probably one of the best hotels in Albania. That said, there is still the small imperfections and signs of low quality that seems to be an Albanian trademark. The corridor floors have holes, covered up by the rug. The bathroom door kept opening itself (no lock), the minibar was warm and the TV channels disappeared from time to time. The extra service and bars at the hotel is extremely expensive compared to the rest of Albania, so eat and drink outside the hotel. It feels ridiculous that they charge 15 euros for 24 h of internet, something you get for free at most restaurants and the most basic hostel. For 15 euros you can check in to another hotel with free WiFi and use it as a private office and still save money. And breakfast at 23 euros in a country where you rarely pays 20 euro for a three course meal? But lets be honest, if you stay at Sheraton you probably is´t to worried about your financial situation, and this is still as good as its gets in Albania.

less than i expected
The hotel was good, i stayed on Sheratons before and this one did not show that overall quality Sheraton is known for. The thing i really didn't like was the WIFI connection in the rooms, i had to daily make several Skype calls related to my warm but i was NEVER able to do that because of the terrible wifi connection. Also the prices were not reasonable, a breakfast was 22 EUROS a day which is ALOT compared to the prices around. A nice 3 course dinner in Tirana with wine is not more than 10 eruros and for them to charge 22 for a breakfast just didn't feel right.

Mysigt hotell med bra service och fantastisk mat!
Hotelvistelsen varade i fyra dagar. Allting med hotellet var enastående, dock var det lite småskavanker som stod ivägen för att hotellet skulle få toppbetyg. Främst var det att hotellets fönster inte hade blivit tvättade på ett bra tag, det fick hela exteriören att kännas som gammal och sliten. Dock åtgärdades detta vårt sista dag och hotellet fick genast ett ansiktslyft. Samtlig personal var trevliga och hjälpsamma, speciellt restaurangpersonalen. Det bästa med hotellet var maten. Maten som serveras där är bland det bästa i Tirana och Albanien.

Hade det fantastiskt bra. Enda tråkiga var internet (wi-fi) som bara fungerade på toaletten men det förstörde inget. Rekommenderas varmt!

Nice hotel with no special characteristics
I liked most of the swimming pool that was sufficiently large and had nice surroundings with trees and nature just a step away from the city. Many Asian and European groups made the hotel noisy for me who were travelling alone. S. is a five star hotel but the standards are like in a three star hotel. Breakfast was dull and there were not so much to eat. You had to pay it separately (23€ was too much for that). I was waiting for a luxury but did not get it.

Excellent staff, great location
I stayed at the Sheraton Tirana Hotel for 1 night and I was really impressed with the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Convenient location only 25 minutes from the international airport, very clean rooms, awesome staff. They made me feel right at home.

Mooi hotel. Rustig gelegen redelijk dicht bijzet centrum. Je hebt de highlights redelijk snel gezien. Uit eten gaan is heel goedkoop. De Italiaanse restaurants hebben ook traditionele Albanese gerechten op de kaart staan.

Run down over the years
The service was very good. We have been staying here for 21 years and feel it is time to go to newer and better in the future. The rooms are dated and floors did not appear clean. This time we were especially annoyed by the terrible and overpriced food via room service and the fact that nobody asked us to pay for parking when we checked out. Instead some young guy in a t-shirt and jeans asked us for $10 to leave the parking lot and would not provide a receipt. We expect to pay for parking but also expect to pay for it along with our other hotel charges. We travel monthly and this is the standard whenever we stay at normal hotels.

We had a great experience. The staff made our stay wonderful. They really went out of their way and I have to thank them for that. The hotel is nice enough and clean, though the bathrooms are tight and some areas could still use further updating. The chef helped me with my food allergies. Many thanks to him and his staff. The only areas for improvement would be to add more allergen friendly items to the club lounge especially if you know someone is coming. I wasn't really able to take advantage of much other then fruit and drinks in the lounge where my husband was able to get more substantial snacks with a wider variety all day long. Also increase the internet speed and don't limit the number of divides to 3 as most likely each person has at least 2 devices. The gym was a good size and had a wide range of machines, cardio, and free weights. Many thanks to all of the wonderful staff for making our stay great! By the way, we went into the Rogner and the Sheraton from what we say is better.

Nice hotel within walking distance of the city
Pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Secure parking. Within walking distance of the city of Tirana. Little noisy outside during the day . Due to the new soccer stadium being built next door. Still would definitely recommend and stay there again.

First Time in Tirana
The Sheraton provided a sanctuary from the July heat of Tirana with a friendly welcome and impeccable service. The outdoor viewing arrangements for Euro2016 was excellent. The only negative was the works being carried out at the entrance.
