"When you do not have to state your name you know you're staying in a true boutique hotel. This one checks all the boxes. The room is spacious with all the amenities you could want. High end materials and decorations adds to a true five star luxurious experience throughout the hotel. High tech rooms with motorized curtains. Breakfast buffet is on the smaller side but well sufficient and with the option to order egg dishes. Very attentive staff and a real cappuccino gets a thumbs up from me. Not many negatives to report, it can be a bit loud when Basil's Bar plays music at full blast late into the night down the street. Sometimes rooms can have too much tech and you stumble to turn on the lights after an night out. As always, location is very important, even though it's not waterfront it's not far from it, one block and you're down at the waterfront promenade. A more laid back and genuine location and the touristy level is not dialed up to 100 as over at Porto. Do not miss out on the rooftop bar, one of few places you can get a 360 view of the town, and if you're into aviation you can spot some planes taking off from the busy nearby airport as well as looking at all the anchored boats."

"Vi var två familjer som reste ihop, men kom med olika flyg. Vi båda bokade flygplatstransfer, som hotellet bekräftade men som inte fanns på plats när vi kom. Vi bokade ett rum för fyra personer, men det var förberett för tre. Porslin var anpassat för två. Det finns ingen restaurang på hotellet. Det renoveras en hel del på området, så man påverkas av grävmaskinerna. Det bästa var utsikten och en härlig pool (ej uppvärmd). "

"Although it seems to be a new hotel, the standard of cleanliness was not on par. Surfaces like light switches were dusty. Even the chandelier at reception was very dusty. The shower was really grimy in the corners and on the tiles. The telephone and usb port did not work. The food was terrible. Staff was friendly. "

"Läget på hotellet är jättebra och området är väldigt vackert. Uteserveringen och grannserveringar är väldigt fina att sitta i och mycket omtyckta (dock höga priser) med god mat. Skulle lätt boka igen men uppgradera rummet. Räkna med högt ljud från gatan om ni har fönster ditåt. Finns strand där man kan hyra 2 solsängar + parasoll och wifi med handdukar för 30€ på hotel Palma 350 meter bort (rekommenderar). "
