“i had an insane 8 or 9 days with their AI "nomi". they put a 100 charge that made no sense on the day i was leaving. the AI is amazing at saying one thing and then saying exactly the opposite. at no point could they ever tell me what the charge was for and despite saying this was a high priority, i couldn't talk to a human or get an answer.”
