“We stayed in downtown Boone for 2 nights and this was the perfect location. Very walkable to shops and restaurants and a short drive to attractions. The studio apartment was very clean and little upgrades were appreciated. We weren’t there long enough to use the fire pit, but the outdoor space was nicely arranged.”

“This was a cute little rental that was as described. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and very responsive. I was impressed to learn it’s been in service for over 20 years. Loved the clubhouse and general atmosphere— reminded me of family vacations as a child in the 1990s… so quaint!! Reception and WiFi is not terrific so it was a great opportunity to play games as a family and take to the outdoors. We plan to return next year. Thank you!!!”

“The host was wonderful...made sure everything was set for the stay. The location was very convenient for the horse show and in a lovely, secluded spot. Quiet and serene. The bed was very comfortable. There were some issues with the unit which I passed along to the host. Because of the wooded locale, there is a prevalent musty smell which did not dissipate. Imo, the place seems a bit tired.”
