“We had a really lovely night here. We came up to stay for a sports competition. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and made a special effort for us to have an early breakfast. The rooms were fine and clean. The rooms are basic but it's a good price for it. Beds were comfy.
We ate in the restaurant, and the food and service was fabulous!

“We received a very warm welcome with refreshments in the garden with our hosts. This house has history which becomes apparent when inspecting the quaint interior. Our room was small but comfortable with features matching the age of the property. Breakfast taken in the vine room were excellent with various choices. The pleasant guest lounge was comfortably furnished. Our hosts, Hillary and Graham, were warm and friendly. We would certainly use this B&B if staying in the area again.”

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, all consisting of excellent locally sources ingredients expertly cooked. "Otroligt centralt hotel mitt i Sheffields stadskärna. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Mycket fint och tyst hotellrum, finns ingenting att klaga på. Toppen betyg på detta hotell. Kommer definitivt välja detta hotell igen om jag behöver bo på hotell när jag är i Sheffield och hälsar på familj. "
"Very inconvenient that the taxi booked by the reception (which they had written on a big note that they offered) only took cash, and didn't say so until the end of the trip. Otherwise all good. "
"The location was great and the staff tried hard, however, everything else was only just okay. The door lock system does not work well with you having to replace the keys frequently. Also, all the public areas are too small. The worst was getting into the breakfast room there were queues and some days impossible to get in."
