Ok hotell men med bedrövlig utcheckningstid
Standardutcheckning i världen 12:00, på sunkigare ställen 11:00, här bedrövliga tiden 10:00. Helt oacceptabelt.

Fake smiles and poor service
Well the service or very the lack of here is impressive. And some things is not easily covered by a smile. Breakfast is served until 10am, but you actually have to be there 9:30am, and this was not mentioned as the check-in lady mentioned 10am. Refused entry for breakfast at 9:35am, they just smiled and pointed to the paper stating word bt word what she said. The reception also gave that smirky smile and said sorry even if their note also said breakfast until 10am. Check in was at 3pm, I was there slightly early at 2:45pm and they took my passport and then after some Minutes they asked me to wait as it's really not 3 pm with a smirky smile. The hotel is nice and well suited for comfortable stays but the the bed somehow had a big hight difference so if you tried sleeping in the middle you'd roll off. I am glad I only choose to stay here one night as I feel there would for sure been more unpleasant discoveries.

Well done APA hotels. Amazing value for your money
What a great and comfortable hotel. They’ve thought of it all. They provided you with many comfortable things, a fully stocked bathroom, refrigerator, water boiler, coffee/tea, very comfortable kimono-styled bathrobes, slippers, daily cleaning / restocking / new towels, a very comfortable bed, a large tv on the wall in front of the bed with Japanese channels and on-demand, many different lights to use after your preferences, well mannered and professional staff that spoke great English and made you feel very safe and welcomed, beautiful lobby and modern styled rooms. Great location close to both Asakusa and Ginza subway-lines that’ll take you mostly everywhere in Tokyo. I will definitely stay at an APA hotel again on my next trip.

The rooms are slightly bigger than other APA hotel I stayed. Clean and staff are great. Train station is just outside the hotel which has direct access to Narita/Haneda airport. Convenient for commuters as there are about 3 other train stations nearby. Family mart convenience store next door and walking distance to Senso-ji Temple, shopping and dining as well as very good view of the Skytree. The only downside is that, there’s no coin laundry facility and can be noisy at night since it’s by the main road.

This hotel was perfectly located by Asakusa subway which made it the perfect hotel to end my trip when heading back to Haneda. There's an elevator across the street, and really well located for wandering and seeing Tokyo Skytree and Senso-Ji Temple. The hotel itself was not as updated as other APA Hotels I stayed at (I couldn't get the device screen mirroring for streaming services to work here either and preferred the APA that had smart TVs, but overall was a nice and small property that was well maintained and safe with good staff.

Entrance smelled throw up when I check in and check out while I was staying. Probably someone throw up there but it wasn't cleaned well.

It is a #1 convenience location because the Metro Station only few steps away from the hotel, easy to travel back to airport and visitor points. Very beautiful view to the Sky Tree but the negative is the noisy traffic start from three o'clock am. However I will still go back to stay.

No prob. If I have to say, I wish the bathroom was little more roomy especially sittig on the toilet my left shoulder was right against the wall. Other than that, clean, safe, quiet. Good for over night stay.

It was easy to access popular areas, but wasn't super busy on its own. A lot of the surrounding restaurants have a more local feeling to it.
