This was a perfect hotel for 6 nights in Tokyo. The apartment included a washer and dryer, decent sized balcony, and spacious shower with good water pressure. There was also a kitchenette, with big fridge and microwave. It's about a 5 minute walk from the nearest subway station, keep in mind it's a major commuter line to very busy on weekday mornings. The hotel is off the main road, so it's very quiet and peaceful at night. The hotel staff all spoke English well, and were happy to answer any questions about the area. The hotel offered reasonable room service without being too overbearing, two cleanings and one change of sheets and towels for 6 nights. I had a triple twin room, which felt spacious for 3 people. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the price.

Beautiful hotel but also amazing staff! Great amenities in the hotel and the room. Beautiful rooms and super clean with even a washing machine and stove top. Additionally, they were incredibly helpful, going more than above and beyond to help us with luggage delivery. He helped us with filling out the form and even walked us (and carried our suitcase!) to the 711! He helped translate for us and provided so much help! Everything is above and beyond, super highly recommend!

Fantastic 4 night stay in HOTEL SAILS! Had all the right amenities for our stay; We took advantage of the washing machine and dryer, table, and fridge. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Umbrellas available to use free of charge during the day. Was a 5 minute walk away from Minowa Train station; with the Hibiya Line.

This is our second time staying at this property. We absolutely love the area. The train station is near, convenient store near, a park, and food options. The best part is the service. The staff speaks English which is a plus for foreigners. We always have excellent service here; this is why we will always return when we go to Japan. Staff helped us when we had issues with our baggage delivery. The service is top notch each time we return. The property is always clean and comfortable. We travel with our family and the rooms are big enough to accommodate everyone. They have two-bedroom apartments for bigger parties. Highly recommend.

The hotel rooms are spacious. There is plenty room for a family to stay comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped find solutions for our travel arrangements back to the airport. The hotel is situated by the trains and convenient stores. Lots of options to eat as well. Staff also speaks English.

만족스러운 호텔
일단 방이 넓고 깨끗해요 세탁기 건조기 간이주방등 여러가지 편의시설들도 많아서 더 좋은 여행이 되는 것 같아요 역까지 엄청 가까운건 아니지만 5분내로 갈 수 있어요 호텔 주변에 여러가지 시설들이 많지는 않지만 반대로 생각하면 조용하다라는 점이 좋아요

友人との旅行で利用しました！ホテル自体だけでなく部屋やいろいろなところが綺麗で全体的に清潔感に溢れていました！ 部屋には冷蔵庫や洗濯機があり、フライパンや鍋、コップなどもありとても過ごしやすかったです！ また利用しようと思いました。

Situated in a quiet area but 5 minutes away from Minowa metro so easy to access all areas to visit. 7/11 and Mc Donald’s also close by. Appartment was very clean but a little small for 5 people. Thankfully, the toilet area is separate from the sink and shower area. Used laundry machine and clothes dryer in shower but did not use the kitchen other than use fridge. Cleaning is every 2 days. If I can make a suggestion, there should be hooks behind doors to hang towels to dry. Reception area has somebody available until midnight if needed and free coffee served at reception which was a nice touch. Would recommend this appart/hotel.

가족여행에 너무 좋은곳
4인가족 여행에 이보다 좋은곳이 없다. 너무 깨끗하고 넓고 좋다. 역까지는 도보로 충분히 이용가능 .역에서 나오자마자 24시간 마트인 Y's mart 도 있어서 장보기도 좋았다
