Great location and great accomodation
Great location close to we excting areas of Shinjuku while also being in a quiet road. Rooms are clean, simple, and good size Will probably stay here again if returning to Tokyo

좋은 가성비 호텔. 직원들이 정말 친절하고 도보로 이동하기도 적당한 거리입니다. 다만 방이 좀 좁아 짐이 많으면 불편하다는 단점이 있었네요.

El lugar es espectacular. La facilidad de tener todo tan cerca lo hizo maravilloso. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero funcionan para dormir. Los empleados hablan inglés en su mayoría entonces ayuda mucho. Definitivamente regresaré.

Rooms are a good size and it's fairly quiet at night. Everything is explained in English. Super convenient location near Shinjuku-sanchome station for access to major train lines. Family Mart konbini is just around the corner. Staff are very friendly.

Ihan jeba
Huone itsessään oli mukava mutta pienehkö. Sijainniltaan erittäin hyvä, rauhallinen sijainti sivussa mutta kuitenkin keskellä kaikkea. Aamupalasta pieni miinus, isolle miehelle se oli hyvin pieni.

Everything is fair but breakfast...
Room is fine, cosy and clean, not too small. But the lication is not very close to the JR station. The breakfast is the worst compared to all Japan hotel I've stayed so far. Not much food variety. I hipe they can improve that.

This is a fabulous hotel to stay if you decide to stay in the Shinjuku area. The location is very quiet but only a short 10 minute walk to the station and main Shinjuku area. It’s was nice to be able to get away from that area and not be staying directly in the middle of it. The hotel is also located just across the road from the Golden Gai area. In the immediate area there is plenty of convenience stores and also cafes and restaurants. There is a McDonald a short walk away and also a Dominos pizza almost next door to the hotel. The hotel itself is spotless clean and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Check in is at 3pm however they are more than happy to store your baggage if you arrive early which I was. The room itself is small but perfect for me as a solo traveller. The bathroom was spotless with a fantastic shower and electric toilet! The bed was comfortable and the room was made up every day. I honestly could not fault this hotel for anything, it was brilliant for my 3 night stay in Shinjuku.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Loved how close this was to shinjuku-sanchome station (c7 exit) and Shinjuku station - it feels like everything is within your reach. Especially great if you want to do day trips, though the Shinjuku area itself is just packed to the brim with things to check out. Plus, despite the close proximity to a bustling area, the hotel itself is very quiet and safe. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed for one week in October 2023, as a solo traveler. It was perfect for a single person. The room is small but you have everything that you need. The room was very very quiet and I slept well every night. You’re close to a lot of great tourist things. I would highly recommend.

Nice and clean, neatly tucked away in a back street. Maybe suited for singles or business trips rather than family groups, was very small and quite far from metro station/Shinjuku station
