Rymlig lägenhet
En bra lägenhet för längre period. Fanns gott om köksarticklar och två rymliga sovrum och 1 balkong. Blev dock väldigt varmt under sommaren, och avsaknad av speglar var minus. Det finns ingen Hiss så att dra väskor till högsta våningen var väldigt omständigt. Men överlag en bra lägenhet som var ren och fräsch. Relativt nära till tunnelbanan som tar dig in till centrum av stan på 10-15 min. Är du sugen på att vara gå och äta, finns restauranger och mataffärer längst vägen till tunnelbanan shin-egota. Annars ligger Ekoda 10 min gångväg bort med både restauranger och tunnelbana.

Cheap apartment with good access to Tokyo centre
The apartment is close to Shin Egota subway station, so it was easy to get in and out of Tokyo,which took about 30 minutes. The property and facilities are a bit worn but otherwise clean and spacious

滞在中はまあまあ快適に過ごせました。 洗濯機もあったので洗濯もできてよかったです。 でも、最終日の朝にトイレが詰まってしまったのが残念でした。 マンションの配管は一軒家よりも細いと聞いたので今後そこら辺のことも気をつけてチェックをお願いしたいです。

静かで設備良し
寝室以外は寒かったけども、静かで利便性も良く満足してます。タオル、歯ブラシ、シャンプーボディソープも備え付けで嬉しかったです。また機会があれば是非利用したいです。

不満はありませんでした
家族５人（未就学の子供３人）で利用しました。部屋のスペース的にはなんら問題はありませんでした。部屋は古いですが、清掃が行き届ており問題はありませんでした。また歩いて数分の距離に銭湯があったのもよかったです

お風呂の水道にサビが入っていた、シャワーの水圧が弱い、洗濯が出来てベランダに干せたのは助かりました、浴室の洗い場がないので湯船の中で洗わなければならなく窮屈です、

ごく普通のアパート
エアコン、洗濯機、電子レンジ、お風呂等はちゃんと使えることが出来ました。布団もぐっすり眠ることが出来ました。食器や調理器具については前の宿泊客に洗浄を任せているのか少し汚く感じました。

A great place to stay (for two)
We had a very plesant stay at this apartment. The apartment was at least three times as big as a regular hotel room in Japan, so we had plenty of space to move around. The kitchen appliances, especially the microwave and toaster oven, were life savers whenever buying pre-made food from the convenience store. Not to mention how handy it is to have a full-sized fridge/freezer! There's also a TV you can use, with a few of Japan's major channels, like TV Tokyo and Fuji TV. There was at least 3 vending machines with soda near the entry to the building, so you won't thirst to death. There's also a few restaurants beneath the apartments, but we didn't try them out. The best part about this stay has to be the portable wi-fi. Bring a phone with google maps and GPS, and you can pretty much find every place of interest with ease. (Great for playing Pokemon Go too, without using insane amounts of data). Close to "Shin-Egota Station" too, it won't take you more than seven minutes to walk there Now to the negative feedback... There's an air conditioner, but only in one out of the two bedrooms. This didn't bother us, since we were only two people, but could be a problem for a family or people not wanting to sleep in the same room, especially during the dreadful "33 celsius or more" summer heat. They did give you a portable fan too, though. The bathroom wasn't very clean either, with multiple strands of hair around the bathtub and some moldy spots around in the room.

Too far and in need of updating.
It takes almost an hour to get there from the main train station. The place needs to be updated since it has old appliances, and an old bathroom. There is only one air conditioner, in the bedroom, so it is impossible to cool down the kitchen area and adjacent room to a comfortable level. As soon as we got there and saw it, we decided to rent a hotel room in another location near the train station and we did not stay there at all.

Authentic Japan Experience, Can't wait to return!
This is not a hotel! It is a 2 bedroom apartment in the traditional Japanese style. It was cozy and showed what it was like to live like the locals. There is no elevator so we had to walk up 4 floors, but the ceilings are fairly low so it was like 3 US stories. We slept in one bed room and used the second as a dressing room since it was just 2 of us but it fits 5. The bedroom had legit Japanese style futons on tatami mats on the wooden floor, it delivered the authentic Japanese home life as depicted in anime. Because it was an apartment there was no room service, but there are plenty of stores, restaurants, and bars nearby. Instructions and maps all in English were left for us on the kitchen table as well as a hot spot to borrow for the week. We went in winter so it was cold and only the bedrooms have heaters. No central air/heat like in the U.S. but smaller units like in Puerto Rico, which we got used to quickly. Bathroom was interesting with complete instructions on how to use the shower and bath tub and the restroom were separate rooms like in many Japanese homes. Because it was an apartment, we had to clean up after ourselves and left things how we found them. You receive the email with a map on how to get to the apartment, but you cant see the street names, you should google it first with street names. We were lost for a bit getting there, but once we found it it was easy. There were good landmarks, like a pedestrian bridge marking left at the next light for Toyatama.

Cheap budget apartment close to city
Cheap apartment close to train lines and city. It is dated, but neat and tidy, had washing machine and powder supplied. Line to hang washing which faces east so sun good. Shops in close vicinity. Suited my budget and family of 4. If you want modern then not for you. Free portable wi-fi unit too. Must read email instructions to access as no one on site and to use hot water.

Value for money
Keeping in mind that this is Tokyo (where living space really comes at a premium), an apartment for this price is really value for money. I had no problems with the cleanliness of the entire place - the towels were clean, so were the toilet and bathroom. The water heater was a bit hard to use, but I think they have taken the trouble to explain it as simply as possible. All in all, a good experience.

가격에비해 잘되있었습니다. 301호 묵었구요 신에고타 역에서 나오면 바로 신호등건너에 약국이있고 내려서 3분정도 쭉걸어오기만하면 숙소입니다 찾는데어러움도없고 마트와약국이 붙어있고 마트는 새벽까지 이용가능합니다 (마트가 커요 살것도 많고) 그리고 방은 히터기가 잘돌아가고 온수도 잘나와서 너무좋았고 무엇보다 저렴한데 넓다는점. 거실 방두개 이가격에 못구합니다. 청결은 호텔같은청결은아니지만 일반가정집정도입니다. 수건은 준비되있지만 가져와서쓰는게 좋습니다.(냄새나요) 평가 점수는 이가격대로비교했을때 5점만점에 ☆☆☆☆ 입니다.

Great place in west neighborhood and near the subway oedo line. the apartment was quite dirty especially the rooms (hair and little critters) and kitchen (many traces of closets, bold). Little equipment in the kitchen: dishes mismatched, no glasses and knife. Too bad. Low maintenance make it very valuable housing.

Less than 10 mins walk from subway station. Near by mini markets. The apartment is small (not too small by Tokyo std) bit clean and tidy. If you can put up with thin matress on the floor, you are okay. Equiped with fridge/freezer and small kitchenette. If you just need a place to sleep, shower and may be a quick meal, this place is fantastic for budget tourists. We stayed 10 days and happy with it.

Gave a real feel of what living in Japan was like.
Came here with my fiance and the apartment was really tidy and neat. I am 6' 4" and it was a little too short for me just as the rest of Japan was. I do not mind crouching though.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Seitenstraße in einem ruhigem Viertel am Rand des Stadtzentrums. Die U-Bahn Richtung Stadtzentrum ist etwa 10 Minuten entfernt. An der U-Bahn-Station befindet sich auch ein Supermarkt. Die Unterkunft selbst ist kein Hotel, sondern besteht aus mehreren Appartments im Haus. Die Wohnungen sind, typisch Japan, sehr klein. Der Platz in Appartment 410 reicht für vier Personen. Auch die Ausstattung ist entsprechend vorhanden. Es gibt zwei getrennte Schlafräume mit Tatamiboden, Rollmatratzen und Bettzeug. Der Vermieter sendet vor dem Aufenthalt per Email Detailinfos zum Check-in. Einchecken muss man selbst, es gibt kein Personal. Ein Pocket-WiFi wird kostenlos bereitgestellt. Das Appartment war sauber und aufgeräumt.

Pictures are not always the best way to chose.
We chose this hotel based on the photos on the web site. Unfortunately if we had known these were of the larger unit I would have chosen that unit. Room 403 had a tiny dining room with a small table with three chairs. A bed room with three mats and a single hot plate in the kitchen. The sink in the kitchen was not hooked to the wall and the bath drained onto the floor, basically flooding the entire bathroom. I truly do understand this is a Japanese apartment but I think the photos should reflect the truth.

Great wee place to stay.
It was awesome to have our own place, with everything we needed. Loved not having to share bathrooms & toilets & it was fantastic to be able to do laundry whenever we wanted. When we arrived there was a map of the metro/subway, as well as 2 other visitor guide books as well as a portable wifi box which were all very handy & greatly appreciated. Our closest subway station was about 7-8min walk & was on a main route into town etc.

這公寓有很多缺點：1.沒有電梯，住四樓的旅遊要搬行李上去，checkout時又要搬行李下去。2.浴室牆面有黴菌斑，花灑頭夾住頭髮，看得出沒有仔細清潔。浴室沒有掛衣服的地方，很不方便。3.風筒的使用方法很奇怪，住三晚，第二晚才弄清楚風筒的使用方法。4. 洗澡時根據熱水爐上的使用說明去開啟熱水爐，但不成功，第一晚沖凍水，後來才知道要先開啟下面的黑色扭。但在使用說明上卻沒有提及要先開啟下面的黑色扭。5. 公寓人員有電郵給我地圖，但沒有詳細提及地鐵站出口。 優點是價錢便宜，會借出wifi egg，公寓職員回覆email速度蠻快，會拍影片教你如何使用熱水爐。由新江古田（A2出口）至公寓需步行約10分鐘，拖行李便大約15分鐘左右。 一進門看見公寓環境不太好，我們不敢用它提供的毛巾，微波爐。下次我和朋友們不會再入住這間公寓。 如果旅客不介意這公寓的缺點，可考慮入住。

사진으로 보는 방은 아니고 방과 거실을 포함한 총 크기가 4m*2m 정도의 작은 방. 작은 캐리어 두 개를 펼쳐놓으니, 식탁까지 있어 걸어 다닐 공간이 없었음. 드라이기와 전자렌지는 고장 난 상태이었으며, 작은 냉장고가 있고, 온수도 나오지만 화장실 겸한 욕실은 0.5평도 안 되는 크기이며, 욕조는 다리를 쭉 1m이상 뻗어야 들어갈 수 있어 높고 매우 불편하고 좁으나 샴푸와 바디샤워액은 준비 되어 있고, 수건은 1인장 2장 주고 3일간 세탁해서 사용하라고 했으나 베란다에 있던 세탁기가 불결해 보여 빨래를 넣고 돌릴 수가 없었음. 빨래 세재는 작은 그릇에 있었음. 거실의 식탁 위에 도쿄 지하철과 안내도가 있었지만 일본어로 되어 있어 무의미 했음. 방음이 전혀 되지 않아 옆방 소리가 잘 들림. 특히나 가장 견딜 수 없었던 것은 침구. 단정히 정돈되어 잘 펼쳐져 있었지만 습한 느낌이었고, 요를 싼 천은 20여년은 된 듯해 보여 때가 쩔어 보여 매우 붍쾌했음. 벽장을 열어보니 빨지 않은 침구류가 냄새를 풍기며 있었고, 거실쪽 벽장엔 아무 것도 없엇지만 가방을 넣어 놓기도 싫을만큼 먼지가 있었고, 바퀴벌레가 실제 나왔는지는 모르지만 득실거릴 것 같은 느낌이었음. 때가 낀 오래된 주전자는 뚜껑도 열리지 않았음. 저렴해서 선택했지만 다시는 가고 싶지 않은 숙소였음. 전반적으로 청결해 보이지 않아서 불쾌하고 불편했음. 지하철 역에서 도보 10여분 거리이며, 역 주변에 24시간 마트가 있어 물건 구입이 괜찮았고, 역에서 7분 정도의 거리에 세븐일레븐 있으며, 와파가 터지고 카드로 환전 가능함. 주인은 한번도 만날 수 없었으며, 이메일로 연락하고 방 비번 알려줌. 무척 친절해 보여 좋았으나 막상 숙소는 엉망이었음.

今次是我第5次去東京, 是特意帶父母一起去, 因為兩老從來沒有試過自助遊, 我很想讓他們體驗一下自遊行的樂趣!! 東京就是我第一個選擇!! 但在想到東京一般的酒店都非常狹小, 兩老一定受不了, 所以倘大的空間是今次旅程上必須的!! 屋主一早已經電郵了給我地圖, (幸好沒有相信 GOOGLE MAP, 否則.......). 很快就找到了地方. 屋內設備齊全, 什麼都有, 很好的地方, 很舒適, 兩老也非常滿意. 也很高興可以親身體驗到日本居室住宿, 一次很好的經驗. 謝謝

Neat little apartment on outskirts of city
We loved the location of this apartment, very close by to two main train lines. It is a little older but maintained decently. The staff left useful maps and pamphlets and the pocket wifi was great to have!
