“A lovely mix of mini-farm-stay but in accommodation with all of the modern conveniences. Loved the quiet location, feeding the very friendly chickens, birdlife, and lovely hosts. Yes, the property (more so the surrounds) aren't immaculately curated, but that was absolutely fine with us. The only real negative was the advertised gas heating had been removed, and the replacement oil heaters were a tad inadequate. Would definitely like to return in the non-winter period.”

“This is a great little cottage, very comfy and homely!The floor plan, layout, furnishings and appliances are all very well considered and it was a fantastic accomodation for our family.Any available winter sun pours in from the north facing windows.Great hosts.Thanks for a great stay!”

“3 generations from the one family on holiday and absolutely loved it.Did both beach fishing and lake fishing. Still talking about the one that got away!The property was lovely. The kids 11 and 12 used the bunk beds and have now requested the same bunk beds at home.Grandad had his own room and so did Dad. Perfect for all to have their own space.Looking forward to staying again.”

“We loved our stay at this cute little original beach house. There was everything we needed to cook and cater for Christmas lunch. The house is across the road from river reserve, not far from beaches and lake.which is part of National Park and full of birds. We swam, kayaked, snorkeled and surfed everyday. The house is not right in the very heart of Culburra though it is close which was perfect for us. Can hear the sound of the ocean and it maintains the feel of a smaller town village which we...

“From the moment we parked up to 4 vehicles, the 3 br home with ensuites to all were breathtaking. The BBQ area was nice and the rear deck relaxing, to see the the sunset overlooking green paddocks. Each room has its own toilet, bath and shower. The kitchen is decked out for food preparation. Will definitely go back... a stunning homestead in a quiet area of Berry. The township is welcoming and quaint.”

“This north facing sunny cottage was quaint, oh so private and beautifully presented. The wood fire came with kindling and wood provided. The shower is a few steps outside the house but almost my favourite thing. Plenty of hot water and views into the eucalyptus forest made it very special. ”

“It was just like dropping into a friends place who left the key out. So comfortable and clean with everything you need (except for tissues). Location was great as you are 30 seconds from beach coffee shop, newsagent/grocer and seafood takeaway. Lux beds and bedding were great. Loved the art collection throughout the house. Looking forward to visiting again. ”
