“Abandoned at 2:30 AM, Stranded Outside for 4 Hours Do NOT book this hotel if you plan to check in late at night. I booked this hotel through Expedia with a confirmed check-in around 2:30 AM. Drove all the way from Virginia. When we arrived, there was absolutely no one at the front desk, the place was completely unstaffed. Called the hotel's own phone number and was told to "request a refund." That's it. No apology, no alternative, no help. My wife and I were left standing outside the hotel...

“All the staff were friendly and helpful (front desk, maids, restaurant server). We loved the free coffee and tea every morning in the lobby area and the free covered parking. We also really enjoyed the ability to walk to all the cute shops and cafes in the historic village of Williamsville.”
