“What a beautiful house in a stunning and peaceful setting! The property is absolutely lovely and the hosts Martin and Giusy couldn’t have been more welcoming. The location feels very secluded but the town is only a 10 minute walk away and Viareggio is only 20 minutes by car. The kids really enjoyed seeing the alpacas and exploring the grounds and loved the pool. We had an amazing stay and really hope to return. ”

“Simply awesome, great historic house renovated with very much care, good location near Lucca (but you really need a car) and extremely friendly and caring owner. Totally satisfied. My only criticism is that Fewo-direkt had technical problems regarding the payment and reservation. I had to talk to the support several times, that was really annoying and timeconsuming.”

“Ett stort praktiskt boende i fantastiskt vackra omgivningar. Vi levde och åt utomhus hela veckan och njöt av Pizzaugn, utegrill och den stora poolen. Rent och bra utrustat, och en enkel och bra dialog med värdarna.Vi hade en fantastisk vecka tillsammans med barnen och deras familjer. Vi var 8 vuxna och 6 barn mellan 3 &14år.”

“Das Haus liegt am steilen Hang mit weitem Blick in die dicht bewaldeten Berge. Ein Ort um Ruhe zu finden , „schön verwinkelt“ mit verschiedenen Sitzplätzen zum genießen. Es sind natürlich einige Stufen jeweils zu überwinden.Parken ist kein Problem, der Poolbereich ist top man kann gut Radfahren ( sehr steil ) und wandern. En dag var vi bara ”hemma” och njöt av den härliga luften och trevliga poolen. Värden Giulio är otroligt service minded som vill att man ska ha det så bra det går. "Only there for a short stay, 1 night and we arrived very late. Had contacts with the receptionist which was very helpful. When we arrived later than anticipated it wasn’t a problem at all, reception open 24/7 and the late night shift was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night but from what reception we got I would look forward to stay there again in the future. They were helpful to give us breakfast to go for our next destination. "

"Clean, new apartment within okay walking distance to Pisa. However very shady experience as we believe someone was scouting the apartment one early morning. Got woken up and heard lots of noises inside then someone opening the door. You get an unique code for your stay to access the building and apartment, but if you can just turn a breaker to disable the lock completely (which we believe is what happened) then it's not really safe. Even more as there is no way to physically lock the door. There is also a security guard at the reception but most of the time he is not there or asleep. He doesn't speak a word in English or Italian, was supposed to check our passports to match the names to the room but he kept calling us a completely wrong name which feels mission impossible as our names are on the passports he is reading from... It's sad as the place has much potential but if we cannot feel safe in our rooms I would never recommend anyone else to stay there."
