We stayed because I had my 80 yr old mom with me and she needed to get to bed due to health issues and couldn’t go one more minute. “Nothing to write home about. Basic accommodations. Bed was fairly comfortable with attractive room. AC and Heating buttons were missing so impossible to adjust. Somewhat shabby outside physical appearance. Cold breakfast. Unhealthy Coffeemate creamer for coffee which itself was ok. Adequate and safe appearing parking right outside one’s door. The television and room phones were not working and staff indicated this was a common problem. Really? Was overpriced for such minimal offerings. Would...

“This property closed its restaurant/bar and did not offer free breakfast as advertised because of "low occupancy." I was not informed and seriously doubt there was a rate reduction of any kind.”

“I can’t give this hotel anything positive than the location. Dirty, old, bad service and nothing good at all to say. We checked in late and was given two light balls to change ourselves we the bedding lamps wasn’t working. Day two we didn’t get our cleaned, we had do not disturb on our door until 10.30 am…! Then we we out all day. Had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. If you aren’t in Springdale to literally sleep 7 hours and then on the road again, I wouldn’t stay here. ”

“For a nightly rate of $515 it would have been nice to have housekeeping services for the two nights. We were out of our room for 12 plus hours so by the time we got back to realize no one even attempted to clean the room or bring fresh towels it was too late to complain. ”

“Traveled with newborn and the ac was out. No technician on site and would have to travel from another town. Couldn’t stay in the room and all rooms were booked. Would not recommend.”
