“Not sure why, but the room and linens had a scent that I couldn't determine if it was an unclean or cleaning solution scent. Strange. Also, if you want ANY kind of privacy in the bathroom, probably shouldn't stay here. Might as well have just had the door open - barn door slide style door - not a pocket door, so everything can be heard from room, and can walk by & see in from sides. Didn't like that at all. Pillows are down pillows but have seen better days - pratically laying your head...

“I can’t give this hotel anything positive than the location. Dirty, old, bad service and nothing good at all to say. We checked in late and was given two light balls to change ourselves we the bedding lamps wasn’t working.
Day two we didn’t get our cleaned, we had do not disturb on our door until 10.30 am…! Then we we out all day. Had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels.
If you aren’t in Springdale to literally sleep 7 hours and then on the road again, I wouldn’t stay here. ”
