Gårdshotell i Tonto Basin

“$65 on a normal day, triple the price on a weekend The bathroom was clean, but the toilet danced, towels are clean but old and with holes on it. Furniture is old. I could not sleep , why? We were on the first floor and the AC unit from the rooms above dripped water all night, on top of ours making a horrible tick, tick tick sound all night. Staff are good people.”

“We stayed for 6 nights in April,2026. The property is lovely and conveniently located in central Payson. The outdoor space is worth the stay. There is a lovely seating area and hot tub. Hailey was a gracious host and quickly answered any question we had.”

“William & Jodi are the hosts you dream about!! Needed to ask a question twice and they were right back with the answer. The property is immaculate, and totally equipped. Also you have your own garage. This property is totally high end!”

“Beautiful, quiet, clean, fenced in yard is perfect for traveling with your dogs. I could not be more happy with our stay...host was so kind and even went so far as to have a Kuerig with pods waiting for me. Highly recommend staying here. Neighbors were great too ”

“This was a GREAT PLACE TO STAY! Everything was there that we needed. There was ample room to park two trucks and our two boats as well. The hosts were so nice and the place was immaculate! We will definitely stay there again. In fact, we just booked another three day stay for two weeks from now. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this two bedroom home. Danielle was very responsive to my texts and we had everything we needed. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and being able to have our little 11 pound dog with us was great. Sitting on the pouch in the cool pines was a nice break from the Phoenix heat. I'm a coffee lover so having a Keurig with K-cups provided by Danielle was a nice bonus.”

“Nice and clean. Not worth the money.”

“We love the Payson area for it's amazing hikes. This place was perfect with easy access to the highways! Also, everything was very clean and put together. We would come back for sure 😊”

“Absolutely perfect! Beautiful views, quiet and relaxing overall. The only negative was the lack of comfortable patio furniture on the 2 patios. There’s 2 beautiful patios with hard folding chairs to sit on and no tables to put anything on. We still had incredible views and a good time, but would have been much better with patio furniture. ”
