“The house is well presented and equipped and in a quiet neighborhood a pleasant walk to the town centre. We enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the birds. Some extra garden furniture for the rear garden would be nice. ”

As you open the front door the considered design of the spaces and furnishings is apparent and the 180° views will steal your heart. You’ll see the Tasman Bay, the adjacent nature reserve, the Abel Tasman Park in the distance, and the 200 private wooded acres that surround the home. Outside, a sweeping wrap-around...

“We were absolutely blown away by this gorgeous cottage. It had everything we needed for our week long stay, and we were very comfortable. The kids room and toys were very welcomed by my 3 year old daughter who quickly made herself at home. The location was fantastic, close to the local shops, and a great base to explore the surrounding areas. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Richmond area. Thank you!”
