âMy complaint is rather minor. Iâve stayed at this property several times when visiting relatives. I know the location of this property, but there is only a very small sign to inform you of the properties location. Even though I know itâs general location, I tend to pass the side street that it is located on. Thatâs it. A minor complaint. Everything else here is great. Especially the staff. Awesome.â
âOverall my stay was very good. No issues or concerns. Checking in was smooth, but when I asked the front desk clerk how far away was Mobileâs downtown area, she replied âthis is the downtown areaâ. That was not correct! She could have been more welcoming and pleasant. â
âThe property was clean & well kept. The staff was friendly & helpful. My ony suggestion would be to clean the stain in the bath tub for room 201.â
âThe hotel was very nice and the workers was helpful given their circumstances the elevator was out of order so it was extra work for them BUT they did their best to commend us and we appreciate that all and all Yes I recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again also the indoor pool is a big bonus for me and my family â
