“Check in was smooth. Description showed 2 rooms, one with one bed, the other with twin beds. The second room only had one bed so we had to make some adjustments. Fortunately the sofa in the living room was comfortable but that person had to walk through another bedroom to get to the bathroom from the kitchen/ dining area. Other wise in terms of location it was perfect. No lobster steamer pot, though. I recommend this location as long as the sleeping situtation works for you / your group.”

“The cottage was cute. The placement of items was with purpose. My daughter and I loved the quaintness of it all. I have a son with down syndrome and he enjoyed the spacious patio. Everything is within 8 minutes; shopping, restaurants, grocery store. We were up for soccer the field was 8 minutes away. Highly recommend. It was the Outer Banks vibe, pogues vs kooks. :)”

“Spacious cottage (in a resort full of cottages) nicely located to visit Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset and a day trip to the Portland coast. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc to make it easy to cook. Large table for family game nights. Great beds! The front porch and lawn were better for hanging outside. The back patio area is small and needs cleanup but we did not need it. ”

“Our stay was overwhelmingly good. There is no ac but it was manageable with open windows (first week in August). You can walk to a section of beach easily (along the river just before it meets the ocean). The restaurant next door was yummy but the service was slow only because they were really busy and maybe not enough staff? But food was great. My only two issues were that we were awakened at 6am with beeping from the delivery trucks directly outside our window and that the “common areas”...
