Downstairs, you’ll find four beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a dreamy king master suite, with ensuite, that overlooks a private courtyard.

There’s a quiet queen room at the rear, another room with a king single bed and fairy-garden outlook, and a flexible fourth space with a luxe Koala sofa bed, a work nook, and a yoga/meditation corner that catches the morning sun.

The main bathroom feels like a private spa — with a round luxury tub that invites you to soak, exhale, and stay a while.

A second lounge with a smart TV offers the perfect kid zone or a moment of retreat, and a private laundry means you're all set for longer stays.

Upstairs is where the magic happens. A huge cinema room with an oversized screen and pool table opens onto a private balcony — perfect for movie nights, friendly competitions, or laid-back afternoons.

The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is full of warmth and light, with a double oven, butler’s pantry, breakfast bar, and a generous dining table for shared meals and late-night chats.

House Etiquette & Guest Comfort

Minut Sensors-

To maintain the tranquil atmosphere of our home and neighbourhood, we use discreet Minut sound sensors. These non-invasive devices monitor volume levels only — they do not record audio or conversations.
If sound levels exceed 80 decibels (similar to a lively gathering), a gentle notification will be sent, inviting you to lower the volume. Repeated disturbances may result in the cancellation of your stay, as we honour the peaceful nature of our residential setting. Thank you for helping us keep this space calm and restorative.

Security Bond for Higher-Risk Bookings-

To protect the quality of our guest experience, a $500 security bond is required for higher-risk bookings. This includes:
-Guests without prior reviews
-One-night stays
-Last-minute bookings made within 24 hours of check-in

The bond is payable at the time of booking and is fully refundable, provided the home is returned in excellent condition and house rules have been respected.

Security Cameras-

Discreet exterior security cameras are in place to ensure the safety and serenity of your stay. These are for guest protection only and are positioned solely around the outside of the home.

Our home is nestled in a quiet residential area. To maintain its peaceful nature, parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. We appreciate your understanding.
