- 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, portable heater and electric fire. Guests in the remaining bedrooms will keep warm with portable heaters

- Living room with flat screen TV, split system air conditioning, ample seating plus indoor fireplace (guests will need to bring their own fire wood)

- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to get started. This includes an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster and more!

- Dining space with plenty of space for all guests

- 2 modern bathrooms

1 x ensuite bathroom with large shower, vanity, backlit mirror and toilet

1 x shared bathroom with shower over bath, vanity, backlit mirror and toilet

- Laundry with washing machine (please note this is shared with the bathroom)

- Huge fully fenced front yard with deck, BBQ, outdoor furniture, firepit, gorgeous gardens and outdoor play equipment. This yard is fully-fenced making it an ideal space for pets and kids. Guests will need to bring their own firewood for the fire pit.

Getting Around:

There is ample free on-street parking just outside the property. This property also has car parking in the driveway for two vehicles. Nearby beaches, restaurants and cafes are all within walking distance, however, for ease of visiting local attractions we would recommend a car.



Other Things to Note:

Guests will need to bring their own fire wood if using the indoor fireplace or fire pit.
