Thank you for choosing to stay with us taking the time to review your stay with us. I am sorry to hear there were aspects of your stay you were unhappy with. Unfortunately all of our shower doors have had to be removed due to safety concerns. I will pass your comments regarding the cleanliness of the room onto the housekeeping team so we can look to improve in this aspect. I am sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the view from your room, I have looked into your booking and it does look like on this occasion you have chosen a standard king room and unfortunately due to the location of the hotel some of our rooms have less desirable views. We try and avoid allocating these until last, but when we are busy we unfortunately have to make use of these rooms.
