Access via a shared driveway through a locked gate - passcode will be provided. The property is the first townhouse as you enter the white gates. The property is keyless entry with a passcode provided to allow access to the property. Garage is provided for 1 small vehicle. There is free street parking located in the next street over if required.

This townhouse is situated in the most central area of ‘Old Torquay’, only 1 minute to the supermarket and a gentle stroll to all of the surrounding cafes, shops, and restaurants. The area is perfect for both adventure and relaxation.
