“This hotel is claimed to be a 5 star hotel which it’s definitely not. The staff in the reception where welcoming and nice but the breakfast staff all looked pissed off. I rank this hotel as 2-3 stars tops and here’s why: 1. The room is spacy but the bathroom comes without lotion and separate shampoo and conditioner. “We booked for the first time with Murcia Holiday Rentals and we were not disappointed. The communication was excellent and any questions were answered immediately. The apartment is large, clean and has everything you need. The position was great and near the fantastic pools as well as being near the town centre.
