“This property is ideally situated in the center of the historic district and within easy walking distance of everything. The apartment is immaculate and has a beautiful rooftop patio. There was some confusion about our arrival date, but once we contacted the owner, he arranged for his grandmother to meet us at the property. The apartment was clean and well maintained and offered everything we expected. Maurizio was very welcoming and helpful. Even the two dogs in the neighbour apartment were very friendly. “Fantastic property and location. Loved the rooftop terrace and 2 balconies—one facing each side of the cortile. About 3 minute walk to the heart of Centro Storico. I only want to warn that there are lots of stairs, so this would not work for those with mobility challenges. Also a but challenging—but do-able and worth it—if you have large luggage. Try to take a 22” bag or smaller if you stay here. It is very spacious and well equipped. An absolute gem and great value.”

“We felt like we were staying in a castle with many exciting rooms and plenty of space. It's an old building originally used for production of olive oil, modernised to today's top living standards while still preserving its history. Stylishly furnished, combining modern furniture with the building’s original charm. The blend of old olive oil production features with modern conveniences creates a unique and cozy atmosphere. “It is very apparent that the host does not take pride in ownership, the toilets were broken, screens to windows falling off the tracks, door handles came out to open the door, power kept going out, nasty garbage rotting in the hallway. The host was in response before and during the stay. Very port quality of furniture annd apartments was not very well equipped. The building has potential but the host kills it. The onlY positive note was the location.”
