“Der Aufenthalt im Bauernhaus war traumhaft schön. Um das Haus herum gibt es viele schöne Orte zum entspannen. Das Pool ist sehr groß und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Kommunikation lief unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Straße zum Haus hinauf ist zu Beginn eine kleine Herausforderung, aber mit ein bisschen Übung hat es gut geklappt.Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden wieder kommen!:)”

La vue sur le Mont Sibillini est superbe. L'emplacement de la piscine est top, tout le monde en a bien profité !!Fabrizio est un hôte exceptionnel, il est généreux et plein de bons conseils. “Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 adulti e 4 bambini. Casa ben tenuta, grande e in linea con le foto pubblicate. Ci siamo goduti moltissimo la piscina e la zona cucina. Bella settimana immersi nel verde e nella pace. Unica pecca, materassi e cuscini scomodi. ”

“We hade a great stay in the villa during 9 unusually hot days in June. The fans in the bedrooms were definitely needed. We were 3 families 6 adults and 7 teenagers between 16-19. At the outdoor eating area we had both breakfasts and many home cooked dinners. The kitchen was quite well equipped and it was great with 2 ovens when we were so many. The slow two slice toaster was on the other hand a nuisance in the mornings. There was also something wrong with the electricity in the kitchen area...

“We had a lovely week at Casa Oleandra. The communication with the owner before, during and after our visit made us feel safe and comfortable and everything went smoothly. Lucia met us at Scarlet's Bar and gave us a house tour. After that we pretty much got by on our own. The house was spacious and pretty and we found everything we needed and more. “I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. La casa è molto bella, cosi come la piscina e la taverna super attrezzata per stare insieme con amici e famiglia. Ci sn anche due cavalli per poter cavalcare. La villa con la vista panoramica sul mare e la luna durante la notte rende l'atmosfera ancora piu bella. Posizione ottima per andare sulla spiaggia o entro terra.”

“We came to enjoy the Marche and it's beaches but spent most of our time at the property. The pool is large and the house has lots of shady areas to escape the heat of the day. There are large tables for outdoor eating, good Internet for working from home or entertaining the kids, and plenty of rooms indoors to choose from. The kitchen is large and easy to cook in. “The house is spacious and well kept. You have to deal a bit with the more “free mood” of stuff laying around in the house and outside. But maybe that makes the charme. It is like staying at a friends home… you also have to deal with a lot of dog noises in the neighbourhood, but that is normal in the “out-back” of Marche.”

“Das Anwesen ist geräumig mit genügend und sehr sauberen Bädern. Der Pool ist topp und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Hausverwalterin war immer ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Küche ist sehr groß mit tollen Herden und einer guten Industriespülmaschine. Einziges Manko: Die Küchenutensilien sind mangelhaft. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Quirl, stumpfe Messer... Da könnte noch etwas nachgebessert werden. Alles in allem hat es meiner Familie und mir sehr gut gefallen.”

4/10 Dåligt

"Hotellet ligger relativt nära sevärdheter vilket är bra. Mycket trevlig personal. Väldigt rent i rummen. Rent generellt var hotellet i dåligt skick med flagnande väggar och mycket smutsiga mattor i korridoren vilket gav ett ogästvänligt intryck. Vi besökte hotellet off-säsong och det kändes som att första natten var vi de enda gästerna på det stora hotellet. När vi kom fram kändes det som att komma fram till ett spökhotell. Personalen gjorde dock allt de kunde utifrån förutsättningarna . Frukosten var nog bra utifrån italienska mått mätt men för gäster som önskar äta annat än kakor var det torftigt. Allt som allt en upplevelse vi kommer att komma ihåg men vi lär inte vilja besöka hotellet igen. Men allt eloge till personalen som ändå gjorde sitt bästa. Utsikten från vårt rum var dock helt fantastisk mot basilikan. "
