“We really enjoyed this place. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was nice having a stove top and oven for cooking. I love that the bathroom was equipped with nice shampoo instead of the cheapest horrible kind that I find at other places. The bed was very comfortable and nice that it had a charging station on it. The host was very nice and helpful with directions. I love that our dog was welcome here. We really enjoyed this place and the location. Great high...

“This is very good value property to stay at if you are visiting Capitol Reef (and you should!). Room is fine for a couple of nights. Best features however are games room, laundry, and chickens. Highly recommended if you need to balance the budget after more expensive accommodation elsewhere”

“This location was great for Capitol Reef NP. We enjoyed the river and mountain view. The host was quick to reply and provide necessary details. The unit doesn't have a controlled heating system but a space heater is provided. It was convenient to park outside the door and its first floor. The bed was comfortable but the pillows could be updated! They provided drinking water and ice in the frig. It was easy to relax and enjoy the sights. ”

“Everything about the tiny house was great. The only "problem" is that the clock on the stove is very bright, so make sure you have a bag or cooler that you can place in front of it. We will definitely stay there again when we return to explore Capitol Reef more thoroughly.”

“This is a great alt location to stay in for visiting Capital Reef. Slow lil town. However, no where to eat, so need to grab a bite at the neighboring town of Torrey before settling in. I think the property is only a year or two old, so everything is new and nice.”
