Underbar utsikt

Beautiful apartment with great view
Great stay, great staff at reception centre who dealt with every need promptly. IMHO one needs a car due to distance to shops/restuarants. The view from apartment is excellent and one can rise early for the sunrise on the nearby beach - magic!

Hemos estado una semana en este apartamento y la valoración es excelente. Estaba muy limpio, no le faltaba detalle alguno. Zona comunitaria muy tranquila, ambiente agradable y poco masificada la piscina. Las vistas espectaculares. Sin duda repetiríamos.

appartement vue sur mer proche de Malaga
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, l'appartement est confortable, propre, fonctionnel... la vue de la terrasse exceptionnelle. Les 2 piscines communes et les espaces verts sont sublimes, propres, idéals pour se rafraîchir. Pas de moustiques car front de mer. Torrox et Nerja sont de belles villes à visiter et nous avons apprécié le ménage fait tous les 4 jours. Seul bémol : la place de parking entre 2 poteaux, pas facile pour manoeuvrer mais au moins la voiture reste au frais. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Exceptional in every way
We were absolutely delighted with this property. The house and patios were lovely. The house was comfortable and of course, spotless. Luis and his brother were gracious and wonderful to deal with. Communication was excellent. The view from the porch and patio is one of the most memorable views we have experienced in our many VRBO stays. Breathtaking, to say the least. We highly recommend this lovely home and would certainly love to come back. Thank you to the family for sharing this exceptional home with us.

Loved Torrox
We reserved for 4 nights at this property and before booking I confirmed we would have full sea view. Was disappointed that we were in a unit close to the highway with a partial sea view. Carmen was very responsive and switched us after the 2nd night. The 2nd unit was nicer, higher up and more up to date than the 1st one. Location is great, quiet area with towns close by. Definitely go to Frigiliana, Nerja Caves and Maro Beach. Restaurants very close driving distance with excellent food and service.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit riesiger Terrasse
Das Apartment besticht durch seine Größe, Ausstattung und Einrichtung. Die Terrasse ist bestimmt gut 20 qm groß. Es gibt sonnige und schattige Plätze. Küche und Badezimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Einziges Manko: Das Doppelbett hat eine durchgehende Matratze und nur ein großes Laken als Zudecke. Wir gaben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Esta era la segunda vez que fuimos a estos apartamentos y si en la primera salimos encantados, en esta segunda volvemos decepcionados. Para empezar la limpieza deja mucho que desear. En particular la terraza con las barandas llenas de polvo y paredes y suelo muy sucios.. Una de las camas individuales tenia una sabanas rotas y manchadas, que no tuvimos problemas para cambiarlas, pero es que no deberían ni haberlas puesto en la cama, estaban para tirarlas a la basura. Sigo con la cocina: faltan un montón de cosas: no hay mantel,, solo hay 2 salvamanteles para un apartamento de 4 plazas, no hay espumadera ni abrelatas (los tuvimos que comprar), el tostador a veces no funcionaba, y el microondas no lo utilizamos por la sucio que estaba por dentro. Sigo con la wifi: es de mala calidad, lenta y con continuos cortes. Lo hablamos con recepción y nos dieron otra clave, pero seguía igual. Televisión: la tele es muy antigua y solo se ven unos pocos canales y con mala calidad de imagen (TDT en SD), y esto cuando se veían ya que durante el último fin de semana ni siquiera se podían ninguno de estos pocos canales. Hay un receptor de TV por satélite pero con este solo se ven unos pocos canales de la BBC y en ingles. También hay un reproductor de DVD, pero no funciona. La plaza de aparcamiento es muy estrecha y corta, y tenia que dejar parte del coche fuera de esta, con el riesgo de que el coche de algún vecino tuviese algún percance . La piscina a la que íbamos (hay dos , pero la otra nos pillaba muy lejos) los últimos días estaba con el agua turbia, tanto que el domingo 17 los servicios de mantenimiento la tuvieron que cerrar Lo mejor del apartamento: las vistas al mar. En definitiva: un apartamento con pretensiones de ser de lujo que no deja de ser de segunda categoría. NO VOLVERMOS.

Estimado Jose Enrique; Lamento mucho que no le haya gustado el apartamento en esta ocasión, debió informarme durante su estancia para en su caso haberle cambiado de apartamento, ya que gestiono el alquiler de varios apartamentos en este complejo. Ya he trasladado esta información a mis compañeros de recepción para que no vuelva a ocurrir este tipo de incidencia con la limpieza . También informarle que si necesitaban más utensilios de cocina, desde recepción le hubieran ofrecido lo que hubiera necesitado de menaje de cocina, en cuanto al WiFi, estamos trabajando en ello para obtener una conexión de Wifi más rápida y le reitero que debió informarme de todo ello para que le hubiéramos ofrecido otro apartamento y que hubiera disfrutado de su estancia en otro apartamento, que como dice usted en su comentario , la primera vez que estuvieron alojados a principios de año, salieron encantados. Bel Residence ,in posizione panoramica vista mare. Le piscine sono sprovviste di lettini, bisogna distendersi a terra , sul prato (la mattina è bagnato).L'appartamneto assegnatoci era proprio attaccato al cantiere edile per la costruzione di nuove palazzine, era molto rumoroso, abbiamo chiesto di spostarci e ci è stato subito proposto un'apartamneto in zona silenziosa, peccato che non era be pulito.Abbiamo segnalato la cosa ma nessuno ci ha risposto,cosi abbiamo pulito noi.

Spacieux
Spacieux appartement, belle cuisine, belle vue si vous être dans un édifice assez haut et dernier étage. Rue passante devant. Espace stationnement très étroit garage intérieur mais possibilité stationner extérieur sur la rue. Personnel réception aimable. Près nerja mais pas à distance de marche, besoin voiture et difficile avoir stationnement dans cette ville touristique. Globalement je recommande cette emplacement!!

L appartement n’était pas celui que nous avions vu sur l’annonce lors de notre réservation et cela nous a un peu déçus’ d’autant plus que l’exposition n’était pas idéale ( pas de soleil couchant). Mais cet appartement était très correct et très propre et nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle région.

Insgesamt war das Apartment sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Es bietet eine schöne, unverbaute Terrasse zum Meer. Frühstück und Abendessen auf dieser Terrasse ist ein traumhaft schön! Zum Bummeln in den beiden Nachbarorten ist allerdings ein Auto nötig.

Schönes Apartment, allerdings weicht die Ausstattung optisch von den Bildern ab (anderes Sideboard, anderes Bett etc.). Meerblick vorhanden, allerdings liegt das Haus, in dem wir wohnten, in zweiter Reihe, sodass der Meerblick nicht ganz exklusiv war. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sehr komfortabel, Weg zum Pool unkompliziert. Am Pool sind keine Liegen vorhanden.

Schöne Wohnung
Schöne Wohnung, alles vorhanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Da die Vermietung über eine Agentur läuft, hat diese wohl mehrere Wohnungen in dieser Anlage. Die Abbildungen auf den Fotos sind daher wohl aus Modellwohnungen. Unser Appartment ist hierauf leider nicht abgebildet. Zudem waren wir im Appartmentblock, welcher sich am nächsten zur Straße befindet. Dadurch, dass oberhalb der Anlage momentan gebaut wird, ist es teilweise durch die LKWs ziemlich laut. Eventuell vorab mit der Agentur klären, ob Appartments im oberen Bereich zur Verfügung stehen. Dennoch haben wir uns wohlgefühlt (Pool, Sauberkeit, allg. Lage, Ausstattung) und würden diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony. Property was very clean. Many restaurants just a short drive into Torrox. Next time you might want to leave a handy list for shopping, pharmacy, best restaurants, etc

Best view ever
Lovely apartment with gorgeous view. Clean and comfortable. A little difficult to find but we are not used to Spanish street signs. The complex is very large but the security person helped us find our way as we arrived late. Would definitely stay there again

Absolut empfehlenswertes Apartment
Sehr schönes Apartment, perfekte Lage. Freundliches und professionelles Management. Wunderbare Ausstattung, alles vorhanden, jedoch keine deutschen TV Sender. Der einzige negative Punkt ist der Garagenparkplatz. Für unseren Citroen C4 unmöglich zwischen der Wand und dem Nachbarauto zu parken (Einsteigen war nur über die Heckklappe möglich) , wir mussten daher außerhalb des Gebäudes parken, die Gegend ist aber sehr sicher. Trotzdem 4 Sterne.

Beautiful View of the Mediterranean Sea from the large balcony.
Very nice, clean apartment with a beautiful view about a 10 minute drive from Nerja. It is on a hill across the street from the beach. There are no buildings between the beach and the unit and there is also a view of the pool.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit beeindruckendem Meerblick
Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern 12 und 8) haben uns super wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Wohnung und die gesamte Ferienanlage waren sehr gepflegt. Schöner Pool mit kostenfreien Sonnenschirmen und Liegen vorhanden. Ein wenig schade war, dass das Spielen mit einem Ball oder ähnlichem am Pool nicht erlaubt ist. Strand in ca. 5-10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Nerja und Torrox-Costa in ca. 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auto unbedingt empfehlenswert! Tiefgarage vorhanden mit direktem Aufzug zur Wohnung, allerdings sind die Stellplätze sehr eng, wir haben deshalb mit unserem Renault Grand Scenic meistens vor der Anlage geparkt, dort gab es ausreichend viele und große kostenfreie Parkplätze. Die Krönung war, dass wir am letzten Abend direkt von unserem Balkon Delfine im Meer beobachten konnten! Alles in allem dreimal Daumen hoch...

Die Wohnung in diesem Objekt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles gepflegt und großzügig gestaltet. Die Tiefgarage, ein absolutes Highlight. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, ebenso der Poolbereich. Dieses Feriendomizil ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Excellent Choice - Stayed October 9 - October 12, 2017
We truly enjoyed our three night stay. This is a super clean apartment located in a beautiful and ultra modern complex. Anyone looking for tranquility, spectacular views of the Mediterranean coast as well as beautiful sunsets in a luxury setting, search no more. Sehr gutes Appartement mit toller Aussicht!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Annehmlichkeiten des Appartements sehr genossen. Allerdings ist ein Mietwagen unbedingt erforderlich, da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 3 km entfernt sind.

A great apartment
We loved our stay at this apartment. It is very nicely furnished and has a great, well appointed kitchen, good comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. We loved sitting on the large terrace looking out over the sea. Torrox is an excellent base for exploring the villages in the hills. We didn't use the pool but it looks great with lawns surrounding it instead of hard surfaces. The check in is super easy with helpful, friendly staff and good parking close to the apartment. I wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Carmen.
